ASN Fibre Communities - including Free-To-Air (FTA) TV

Let’s get your signal sorted –

Step 1. If your TV signal is provided by the ASN fibre network, Free-To-Air (FTA) TV is accessible on all TV ports throughout your premise.
Step 2. Please connect your existing Television Coaxial Cable from your local TV to the local TV wall socket.
Step 3. Depending upon your TV, after the cable is plugged in, please follow your TV’s manual to set up your Free-To-Air (FTA) channel signal access.
Not Working?

Please check the following :
There is small device (RF Recevier) located near your ASN optical network unit (ONU). Please note this is ASN’s demarcation point.
Check if the light is Red, Green or no Light.
Red indicates an issue with the fibre signal coming in. Check that all cables are plugged in correct and contact us.
Green indicates fibre signal coming in is OK and the issue is with your house cabling. Contact us to confirm you will need your own TV specialist to fix your home cabling. 2.
